1. Since 1 January 2026, how many official international visits have been taken by staff? 2. Please provide an itemised list of each Deputy Secretary's/agency head's travel for financial year 2025/26 to date, including costs of flights and accommodation. 3. What was the total cost of staff travel for departmental/agency employees in financial year 2025/26 to date? 4. Are employees required to provide receipts or otherwise acquit actual expenditure after travel? a. If not, what controls exist to ensure employees are not paid more than their actual travel costs? 5. How many overpayments, recoveries, or compliance issues relating to travel allowances have been identified, and what was their total value? 6. Please provide an itemised list of the Secretary's/agency head's travel for financial year 2025/26 to date, including costs of flights and accommodation.
