Correspondence regarding domestic mobile roaming

Question

Please provide a copy of all correspondence including submissions made to government by Telstra, Optus and TPG Telecom which includes reference to mandatory domestic mobile roaming since 1 July 2025, and which have not been made public, and any response from the Minister, her office, or the Department. Please also provide all internal correspondence including advice briefs between the Department and the Minister or her office in relation to mandatory domestic mobile roaming since 1 January 2026.
