Question

1. Please provide an update on any planned international travel by the Minister for the remainder of 2026 and calendar year 2027. With respect to any prospective trip, what is the approved spend of such travel for the Minister, Ministerial staff and Departmental staff? Please provide any itineraries or draft itineraries with respect to such travel. 2. Has the Minister received any invitations to attend the 2026 FIFA World Cup? If so, please provide details of who issued the invitation and whether any travel, accommodation or other benefits, in cash or in kind, have been offered. 3. With respect to the Minister's advice to IPEA that she attended an official meeting with South Australian minister Chris Picton at an event on the evening of 7 June 2025 (being the birthday party of Minister Picton's wife): a. What time did this meeting commence and finish? b. Where precisely at the venue was the meeting held? c. Who else attended the meeting? d. What was the purpose of the meeting? e. Are there minutes of the meeting and, if so, please provide a copy. Please note I am seeking precise information which was not provided to IPEA as part of the Minister's travel audit; please don't refer me to the audit documents. 4. With respect to the Minister's advice to IPEA that she attended an official meeting with the office of the Special Minister of State on the afternoon of 7 June 2025: a. What time did this meeting commence and finish? b. Where precisely was the meeting held? c. Who else attended the meeting? d. What was the purpose of the meeting? e. Are there minutes of the meeting and, if so, please provide a copy. f. Please note I am seeking precise information which was not provided to IPEA as part of the Minister's travel audit; please don't refer me to the audit documents. 5. Please provide a detailed breakdown (flights, accommodation, ground transport, travel allowance, incidentals, other costs) of the $3,681 claimed in travel expenses for the trip to Adelaide of 6-8 June 2025. Please provide receipts of all costs claimed. 6. Does the Minister have a Canberra-based private plated vehicle? If so, when was this first provided to her? 7. Please provide a detailed breakdown (flights, accommodation, ground transport, travel allowance, incidentals, other costs) of the Minister's trip to New York including the location of the Minister's accommodation (and that of her staff and Departmental officials) and whether the accommodation was commercial or a private residence. Please provide receipts for all costs claimed.
