Question

In May, eSafety put out a media release announcing it had issued a Direction to Comply to an Argentina-based 'nudify' service, requiring it to put stronger protections to prevent children from accessing its service. 1. Have such protections been put in place? 2. Has the Direction to Comply been acknowledged by the service? 3. What further action has since been taken? 4. Is eSafety's enforcement model entirely inconsequential for services operating outside of Australia?
