1. With respect to the Sydney Morning Herald article ''ESafety Commissioner Julie Inman-Grant questions the social media ban'' published on 5 June 2026, please provide details on the following: a. Why is the ban ''a very blunt force approach''? b. Given the ban was developed ''very quickly''; what further work should have been undertaken to ensure the ban worked as intended? c. What ''potent powers'' are required for the ban to work as intended? d. What are the deficiencies with the social media ban as enacted? e. What ''holistic approach'' is required to ''make these platforms safer''? 2. Has the eSafety Commissioner written to the Minister expressing any of the concerns outlined in this article or otherwise raised these concerns with the Minister? Please provide all documents relating to this matter including correspondence, emails, messages and briefs. 3. Following the publication of this article, did the Minister express any concerns about the eSafety Commissioner's statements in this article?
