Question

The Set the Standard: Report on the Independent Review into Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces set out an implementation plan (Table 5.2, p. 146) for activities. Please provide an update on the progress of each of those actions. What will the consultation process be for the Independent Review of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Support System? How many parliamentarians have completed compulsory PWSS training in this parliament? What action has been taken to encourage those who haven't completed the training to comply? How many parliamentarians have been recommended to coaching or counselling regarding their behaviour since PWSS was established? How many of those parliamentarians completed the recommended coaching or counselling? How many parliamentarians have been referred to the privileges committee or to the Independent Parliamentary Standards Commission (IPSC)? Has the PWSS referred any individuals or cases to the IPSC for investigation? If so, please provide the number of referrals per financial year, and how many of those cases have been resolved.
