The Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplace Report 2025 notes that only 18 of 226 parliamentarians and 360 of 2,583 MOP(S) Act employees participated in the culture survey. ? What steps did PWSS take to encourage participation in this survey? Please provide details of the approaches and follow-up made to each cohort group. ? Did any Ministers or Ministerial staff provide input into a draft report prior to publication? If so, please provide details. ? When will the next culture survey be done? What will the PWSS do to improve participation rates?
