? How many Confidentiality Notices has the IPSC issued? ? What are the penalties for anyone who breaches these conditions? Please provide the template wording used to advise people of conditions regarding confidentiality, including any penalties for non-compliance. ? How many people have had to sign non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements with regard to matters referred to the IPSC? ? Do all NDA / confidentiality agreements expire at the conclusion of the IPSC investigation, or do some continue to apply indefinitely? How many people are subject to ongoing NDAs?
