Travel policy compliance

Question

I would like to better understand how IPEA investigates and ensures compliance with travel policy specifically relating to political fundraisers. Do you apply a greater level of scrutiny when travel coincides with political fundraising activities to ensure parliamentary business isn't being used to justify travel for party fundraising?
