Question

1. In 2025 and 2026, the FFMA has spent $303,500 on two contractors to provide "workplace investigation services". Were the standard APS Code of Conduct frameworks and the Australian Public Service Commission's internal resolution mechanisms utilised in the first instance, before going to tender for outside providers to provide workplace dispute services? a. If not, why were these frameworks and mechanisms not followed? 2. Was the APSC consulted before the decision to tender to outside providers was made? 3. Please detail what specific services were provided under contracts CN4151527 and CN4180779. a. Why were these contracts amended? b. Have the services being provided under the contracts concluded? c. What were the work outputs of the contracts?
