PWSS culture survey

Question

1. The response rates for the PWSS culture survey are very low. For parliamentarians 8%. For MOPS staff 14%. Why are they so low? How do we know the respondents are representative of the cohorts? 2. How does the PWSS believe we make conclusions about progress using such low response rates? 3. Were questions asked in the Set the Standard survey repeated in the PWSS survey? Which questions were repeated? 4. Can you provide a direct comparison between responses to those repeated questions to track if any progress has been made in eliminating unacceptable behaviours in CPWs? 5. Can you table the questionnaire used in the culture survey?
