Question

1. What work has been undertaken between the Council and the PMC on progressing the removal of awards posthumously where needed? 2. Are they looking at making amendments to the Constitution or Ordnance to facilitate the removal of awards from deceased persons? 3. Do they have any time frame on completion of the work or a resolution to the issue? 4. Does the Council have any other reasons under the current Constitution and Ordinances that would stop them from removing an award from someone like Mr Howell? 5. Has any work been undertaken to amend sections 5 and 6 of the Terminations and Cancelations ordinances to remove or amend the need to contact deceased persons when they have breached any of the reasons for termination under section 3 or 4 of the Terminations and Cancelations ordinance?
