Is the government considering making the following details available for appointment of heads of agencies, including: Publication of which pathway is being followed under the Australia Government Appointments Framework, Whether the position was advertised, How many applications were received, How many applicants were shortlisted, Whether there was a selection panel, If there was a selection panel, who was on the panel and who chaired the panel, and Whether the appointment was made from a shortlist provided by a panel (if one existed)?
