Speechwriters - PM&C

Question

With regard to speechwriters (people who undertake significant, if not sole, speechwriting duties in the course of their work): 1. How many speechwriters work in PM&C, and at what APS classification/s are they? 2. Since 23 May 2022, how many job ads has PM&C put out to recruit speechwriters? For each ad, indicate the number of applicants and the number of successful candidates. 3. Are there any external contractors employed to write speeches? If so, who and how much are they paid?
