Question

1.How many Australian women are small business owners or operators? 2. How many formal consultations has the Office for Women undertaken since 2022 specifically with women in small business, start-ups, or entrepreneurial sectors, and can the Office provide a list of those engagements? 3. Has the Office for Women undertaken any dedicated policy work examining the barriers faced by female entrepreneurs in accessing finance, venture capital, or business investment, and if so, where has that work been published? 4. Can the Department point to any grants or funding opportunities available for women in small business, entrepreneurship, or self-employment? 5. How many staff within the Office for Women have direct policy responsibility for women in business, entrepreneurship, or self-employment?
