Strategy in the APS

Question

1.Your website states that: "The Government has strengthened the OfW to put women and gender equality at the centre of policy and decision-making, and to lead implementation of the Strategy in the APS." What does the OfW do with regards to leading implementation within the APS? a. Gender analyses are being done for each NPP and Cabinet Submissions. Are there other things you are doing to ensure implementation of the Strategy within the APS?
