Question

Senator Canavan: ... I did ask about the Accessing New Markets initiative. Can I just check which peak bodies are receiving support this year? Dr Grimes: Mr Meek is the general manager leading our Trade Diversification Taskforce, which has responsibility for the delivery of the Accessing New Markets Initiative, and I'm sure he's got a list of all 40 members of the Trade Diversification Network. Mr Meek: Thanks for the question. From a more overarching perspective, it is made up of 31 peak bodies and nine consortiums, equalling a total of 40, so there is quite an extensive list- Senator Canavan: Maybe take it on notice. Mr Meek: Yes. Senator Canavan: Has it changed at all this year? Mr Meek: No. So we've gone- Senator Canavan: It's the same list for the second year? Mr Meek: For the program, as we stood it up, we went through a competitive process to identify those peaks, and it hasn't changed. We have those peaks in place and we're developing plans with them. Senator Canavan: Alright, we'll maybe take that on notice.
