1. Does the National Student Ombudsman have any Memorandums of Understanding with the Australian Human Rights Commission or the Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW? a. If not, why not? b. How are student victim-survivors referred between the regulators to avoid retraumatisation? i. Is evidence obtained by the NSO shared with the ADNSW or AHRC so that the student does not need to go through the evidentiary process again?
