Question

The Secretary gave evidence on 2 June 2026 that SA and WA have funded their NPMs. Have SA and WA in fact provided dedicated funding for their NPM role? Please give the amount and whether it is ongoing for each. Do SA and WA have OPCAT-specific legislation in place? If so, please identify it. Has either jurisdiction produced any NPM-specific reports? Please list them.
