Question

Was this contract to Nous signed on 30 April 2026 the subject of an open or limited tender, and how many firms were approached or submitted proposals? What was the procurement method recorded in the contract notice, and if the contract was let through limited tender or a panel arrangement, on what basis was that approach justified? How did the Court satisfy itself that engaging Nous Group at this cost represented value for money to the taxpayer, particularly for work that concerns the management of a core function of the Court?
