Question
The Australian Government established Australian Government Consulting to bring consulting capability inside government and reduce reliance on external firms. Did the Court consider engaging Australian Government Consulting for this work before contracting Nous Group? If Australian Government Consulting was not considered or not used, can the Court explain why, and whether any assessment was made of its capacity to perform this work?
