Question

What reconciliation processes ensure that material on the Commonwealth Courts Portal matches material released to a party at file inspection, and how is any divergence audited? Does the FCFCoA hold the audio recordings that the Applicant has requested? Are those recordings complete in form, and are there any known quality, integrity, or chain-of-custody issues? Will the Court provide on notice, for each of the last three financial years, the total number of complaints about judicial conduct received by the Chief Justice's office, and the proportion that received written acknowledgement with a reference number? How many Notices of Appeal have been rejected by judicial registrars under r 2.24 in each of the last three financial years, and on what grounds? Will the Court provide on notice, for each of the last three financial years, the number of FOI requests received, and the proportion determined within statutory timeframes? Has the court allocated sufficient staffing to this function?
