Question

1. What is the total cost to taxpayers of the Commission's involvement in Tickle v Giggle and Lesbian Action Group v AHRC? 2. How many Senior Counsel were engaged and at what cost? 3. In the LAG v AHRC, Justice Moshinsky found the Commissioner's legal approach was wrong and set aside the decision. Does that mean the Commission got it wrong? 4. Why did the Commission pursue multiple rounds of litigation over several years on a position that the Federal Court ultimately rejected?
