? Has AGD reviewed, or does AGD intend to review, the operation of Magellan proceedings as a protective pathway? a. Has AGD assessed the extent to which child sexual abuse allegations are being made in Magellan matters, and the how those allegations are treated by the FCFCOA? b. Will this issue be considered in the review of the 2023 changes to the Family Law Act commissioned from ANU?
