In QON Response AE26-198, AGD noted the ANU research into the impact of the Family Law Amendment Act 2023 (Cth) would interview "judges, lawyers and other family law professionals". Will the research also seek the views of advocacy organisations, women's legal services and parties involved in family court matters?
