What is the process for importing racing greyhounds into Australia? 2. Given the dogs are being brought into Australia for the purposes of racing and breeding, why is the Government using companion animal protocols? 3. For dogs being imported for purposes other than as companion animals, is there any additional paperwork required, or a different category under which they should be imported? 4. Will the Government continue to allow the import of racing greyhounds from New Zealand into Australia after the ban comes into place?
