Question

1. Please provide the animal welfare incidents reports export-registered meat establishments for the year of 2022. 2. With more than 3,300 Animal Welfare Incident Reports (AWIR) made at export registered abattoirs between 2021-22 and 2024-25, and a significant proportion of these issues relating animals who were not fit to load being transported anyway, will the Department prioritise the review and updating of Australia's Animal Welfare Standards for Land Transport? If not, why not?
