1. What is the response plan if Varroa mite is detected on Norfolk Island? 2. Which agency would be in charge of the response to a Varroa mite detection on Norfolk Island? 3. Who would act as the incident controller or lead operational authority? 4. How would responsibilities be divided between DAFF, Norfolk Island authorities, NIHRACS where relevant, the Norfolk Island Regional Council, state or territory partners, industry and local beekeepers? 5. What emergency powers, movement controls, hive destruction or treatment protocols, compensation arrangements and communication plans would apply?
