Sugar Code of Conduct review

Question

In relation to the Sugar Code of Conduct review: a) Please provide the review terms of reference. b) Please provide consultation dates, locations and stakeholder groups. c) Please identify membership of the reference group. d) Please confirm whether the review is considering the impact of new markets including biofuels, sustainable aviation fuel, bioplastics and other sugarcane-derived products. e) Will the review consider whether growers receive a fair share of returns from non-traditional sugarcane uses? f) Will the review assess whether amendments can protect grower bargaining rights while enabling new revenue streams?
