Question

In relation to the $20 million reduction to the Wine Tourism and Cellar Door Grant Program: a) Please confirm which grant rounds will proceed and which will not proceed. b) What is the last currently funded round? c) What advice was provided to the minister on impacts on small and regional cellar door businesses? d) Has DAFF modelled or assessed the impact of removing future rounds on wine producers, especially those in regions affected by oversupply, low grape prices or export disruption? e) Has DAFF received representations from Australian Grape and Wine, Wine Australia, regional wine associations or producers? f) Does DAFF consider cellar door sales to be primary production income for the purposes of farm tax measures? If not, has this been raised with Treasury?
