Question

1. Does DAFF rely on FSC certification as part of its due diligence framework? 2. If FSC-certified products are found to contain Russian timber, what confidence should Australians have in those certification systems? 3. Has DAFF audited any FSC-certified Chinese timber products? If yes, how many broken down by state. 4. Has DAFF raised concerns with FSC regarding Russian timber entering supply chains? If yes, on what date/s? 5. Does DAFF undertake any independent verification other than relying on certification schemes?
