Please provide DAFF's current assessment of foot-and-mouth disease and lumpy skin disease risk, including: a) current threat level; b) key source countries and pathways; c) surveillance and preparedness activities; d) exercises undertaken since 1 July 2024; e) current vaccine bank arrangements; f) diagnostic capacity; g) any gaps identified in national preparedness; h) whether Budget savings to pest and disease preparedness affect response readiness.
