Question

1. Has DAFF assessed the risk of Russian timber entering Australia through China, Lithuania, Kazakhstan or other third countries? 2. Has DAFF undertaken any specific compliance operation targeting Russian timber sanctions circumvention? 3. How many import consignments have been tested specifically for Russian timber content since sanctions commenced? 4. Has DAFF referred any suspected sanctions breaches to DFAT or Border Force? If yes, please provide detail and on what date/s? If not, why not?
