Future Drought Fund reductions

Question

In relation to the $52 million reduction to the Future Drought Fund: a) Please provide the amount reduced by financial year. b) Which funding plan, program, stream or future allocation will be reduced? c) Will any proposed or contemplated future programs be reduced, delayed or not proceed? d) What assessment has DAFF made of drought preparedness needs in South Australia, Victoria, southern Queensland and northern New South Wales? e) Has DAFF assessed the risk of reducing future drought preparedness funding while parts of the country are experiencing persistent dry conditions? f) Please provide any advice, briefing or analysis prepared for the minister regarding the impact of the reduction.
