Budget savings breakdown and risk assessment

Question

Please provide a program-by-program breakdown of the $191.6 million in savings across the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry portfolio over the five years from 2025-26, including: a) program name; b) amount reduced by financial year; c) whether the funding was an underspend, uncommitted grant funding, special account funding or program allocation; d) the original purpose of the funding; e) any projects, grant rounds, activities or initiatives that will no longer proceed; f) any risk, delivery, stakeholder, regional or sector impact assessment undertaken before the saving was agreed; g) whether the minister, department or any agency received stakeholder representations before or after the Budget in relation to the saving.
