Question

Why was $35 million over 2 years (from 2028-29) and $17.5 million cut from the agriculture stream of the Natural Heritage Trust (NHT)? a) Was this a decision by the Minister for Agriculture? b) Why wasn't that funding kept to assist farmers understand their environmental obligations and to provide information? c) Could this be done through the Natural Resource Management organisations?
