1. Has the Department been involved, or been consulted, in the development of the Environmental Standards for Matters of National Significance and Environmental Offsets? 2. Is the Department aware of any concerns raised by industry with these standards, particularly in the first round of consultation processes? How will these concerns be communicated to the Minister and DCCEEW? 3. Is the department monitoring the amount of productive land being transferred into environmental offsets? a) If yes, how? If not, why not?
