Please provide a comparison between the agricultural market access offer available in October 2023 and the final agreement announced in 2026, including for each relevant commodity: a) quota volume in October 2023; b) final quota volume; c) tariff rate within quota; d) out-of-quota tariff; e) implementation phase-in period; f) whether quota is fresh, chilled, frozen, grain-fed, grass-fed or otherwise segmented
