Question

Who has modelled the productivity cost to regional Australia of not delivering Inland Rail from Melbourne to Brisbane as originally promised? What road freight cost remains because rail is not delivered? What is the impact on farmgate prices, export logistics and regional manufacturing? Was the productivity loss modelled before funding was halted or reprofiled?
