Question

1. Does Airservices Australia agree with the following statement made by Trax International during Post Implementation Review community briefing sessions: ''Measuring ambient noise and showing the differential was not common practice internationally in 2015 but is now at the forefront of aviation noise research''? If not, please explain the basis for Airservices Australia's disagreement. 2. In Airservices Annual report 2024-2025, Minister Kings Statement of Expectations, 6 stakeholder engagement states that; ''I expect Airservices to undertake effective and productive engagement with the community and industry based on mutual understanding and respect'' pg. 118 What consultation has Airservices undertaken in the past two years with communities affected by the SANEG SID regarding the introduction of Performance-Based Navigation (PBN), which materially changed aircraft noise impacts for this flight path? Please specify when and how this consultation occurred regarding implementing PBN, and how Airservices considers the NAP4B Package 3 consultation process met the Minister's expectation of ''effective and productive engagement.''
