1. What specific works on the Melbourne Suburban Rail Loop have been or are scheduled to be funded by the $2.2 billion initial contribution towards this project? 2. On 25 May 2026, draft Hansard page 17, Ms Werner gave evidence to the Committee the Commonwealth has a project delivery agreement and monthly meetings of the Project Monitoring Group for delivery of the Inland Rail. With a Victorian Government costing of $34.5 billion for the Suburban Rail Loop: a) does the Department similarly have a specific project delivery agreement with the Victorian Government to monitor the delivery of this project? b) If not, what specific project delivery and reporting arrangements does the Department have in place with Victoria for the Suburban Rail Loop? c) Has the Department established a Project Monitoring Group for the SRL project? If so, what is the membership of that group and how frequently does it meet? d) Is the Victorian Government required by the Department to report, either to the Minister or the Department any significant notification events, including i) when the cost of a contract is expected to increase by more than $20 million; ii) when it is proposed to enter into new contracts; iii) where a percentage increase of 5 per cent or more is experienced; consistent with requirements for the Inland Rail project disclosed on page 18 of draft Hansard of the Committee hearing on 25 May 2026? e) If not, what reporting requirements does the Victorian Government have to report significant notification events to the Commonwealth? And within what time period?
