1. On 25 May 2026, draft Hansard page 23, Mr Robinson offered to give evidence to the Committee on the steps that states are taking in relation to the specific allegations of breaches of the law on Commonwealth-funded infrastructure projects which had been reported to the Government, including 56 allegations across 11 projects in Victoria, four allegations across four projects in NSW and three allegations across three projects in Queensland. For each of the18 projects identified by the Department in evidence on 25 May 2026, list what action has been taken a) by the Department and/or Minister and b) by the relevant state agency? 2. With respect to the Unacceptable Behaviours Regime and Unacceptable Behaviour Guides discussed at the Committee on 25 May 2026 (pages 23 and 24 of draft Hansard), a) How long did it take to develop the Unacceptable Behaviours Regime and associated guides for the sector? b) When in 2024 did the regime commence? c) When did the regime go live? d) What guidelines have been published for industry and where are they publicly accessible? 3. For which states in the 2024-25 year did the Department request agreement from the Minister for Finance for the payment of additional funding as a result of the states meeting infrastructure delivery profiles as outlined in their funding agreements (refer page 28 of draft Committee Hansard, 25 May 2026)? a. How much additional funding was paid to each of the states? b. For the states under a), what was the percentage compliance with funding as profiled in their funding agreement for 2024-25? c. What proportion of the 2024-25 year 'slippage factor' allocated by the Government to each state in previous budgets, was required to be paid back as a result of successfully meeting delivery timelines? 4. On 25 May 2026, draft Hansard page 29, Ms Hall give evidence the IIP is $104 billion. a. For which Budget statement year does that 10-year IIP estimate apply? b. Does that $104 billion total include projects which are completed? If so, for how much funding? c. What is the value of each of the components of change in the size of the IIP as per i) new project commitments at 2026-27 budget; ii) commitments of additional funding to existing IIP projects; iii) reprofiling funding for existing projects to future years as a result of delivery delays; iv) removal of completed projects from IIP list? d. Which programs or projects in addition to but not included in the IIP contribute to the $120+ billion 10-year Infrastructure Pipeline?
