1. Do Norfolk Island residents have access to a health complaints body or health ombudsman for complaints about health services provided on Norfolk Island? 2. Can Norfolk Island residents make complaints or notifications to AHPRA about registered health practitioners providing services on Norfolk Island? 3. If Norfolk Island residents cannot access the same health complaints pathways as residents in Australian states and mainland territories, what gaps exist and what action is being taken to address them? 4. What information is provided to Norfolk Island residents about their health complaint rights, and where is that information published?
