What legislative, regulatory, technical, commercial or international steps would be required for Norfolk Island telephone services to be brought fully under Australia's +61 country dialling code? 2. Which agency has lead responsibility for considering or implementing any change to Norfolk Island's country dialling arrangements? 3. Has the department, ACMA or any telecommunications provider undertaken work on moving Norfolk Island from the current dialling arrangements to the +61 country code? If so, please provide details, dates and current status. 4. Has the Australian Government consulted Norfolk Island residents, Norfolk Telecom or other telecommunications providers about the possibility of changing Norfolk Island's dialling arrangements? If so, please provide dates and outcomes.
