Active transport policy

Question

In 2013 the Commonwealth had a 'positive provision policy' for active transport inclusion in all large transport projects receiving funding. Is this still Departmental policy? If not: 1. When was the policy withdrawn? 2. The Active Transport Fund is very welcome, but emphasises separate active transport projects, rather than integrated ones. What policies does the government currently have to encourage or require active transport to be integrated into infrastructure project design?
