Question

The LTIP has an investment return objective of CPI+3.5% per annum over rolling seven year periods. In 2024, the ANU made 14.62% returns on its investment portfolio (not adjusted for CPI). a) What are the ANU's priorities in regards to its socially responsible investment policy. Do returns come first in the ordinance of priorities and at what point does socially responsible investment take precedent over returns? b) Specifically, is there a quantifiable metric that dictates at what percentage of returns will the ANU focus their priorities on reducing carbon emissions rather than increasing return?
