Question

In light of the ANU's admission to the Senate (ASQ26-0002) that it failed to respond to the Commonwealth Ombudsman's requests for additional information to assist with their investigation of Professor Tregear's complaints about the ANU's investigation of his Public Interest Disclosure, does it still stand by its repeated statements to staff, to the Australian Press, and to this Parliament, that it (to quote from a letter it submitted to the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee in February 2023) "has investigated and reported on all public interest disclosures allocated to it where investigation was justified. In all instances those investigations and reports were undertaken in accordance with the Act."? (See https://www.aph.gov.au/DocumentStore.ashx?id=b48a1206-2323-4981-a3c1-209757400c77&subId=732287)
