Public Interest Disclosures

Question

Does the ANU believe that their failure to "have promptly responded" to the Commonwealth Ombudsman's requests for for additional information to assist with their investigation of Professor Tregear's complaints about the ANU's investigation of his Public Interest Disclosure also justified, and continues to justify, continuing not to respond at all?
