Question

I refer to an article published in The Canberra Times on 27 March 2023, with the title "Australian National University accused of mishandling public interest disclosures": https://www.canberratimes.com.au/story/8122545/anu-accused-of-mishandling-public-interest-disclosures/ In the above referenced article, regarding allegations concerning the University's "lack of response to the Ombudsman", an "ANU spokesman" said that "all investigations conducted by or for the University are undertaken in accordance with applicable law and the University's policies and procedures," and that "any allegations to the contrary are unsubstantiated and without evidence". Does the ANU still stand by these statements and undertakings?
