Mr Metcalfe: I'll take that on notice to check that there are no legal professional privilege or other issues that may be associated with it. I don't think there would be, but we'll be extra careful. Senator KOVACIC: Sure. Can you provide the specifics of the dates and from whom the legal advice was received? For example, what date was the legal advice received from the general counsel? What date was the legal advice received from or facilitated by the former council member? And then what date was the subsequent legal advice obtained and from whom?
